After playing a lot of Darkest Dungeon 2 I was interested in making my own turn based combat system. The project was worked on in bursts due to outside factors, but I still wanted to show the current state.

Developer Responsibilities

Working with C++ and Unreal Blueprinting in Unreal Engine 4.

Developing gameplay features including initiating battle, battlefield arena, and abilities.

Designing gameplay abilities that the player can utilize.

Creating a user interface to inform the player on their actions
Sherlock Holmes Text Adventure

A text adventure in C# WinForms based on the Sherlock Holmes consulting detective board game.

Developer Responsibilities

Working with C#

Converting the Sherlock Holmes board game to work in this style of game.

Picking up and learning how to work with WinForms to create the program.

Create an example case to showcase the program.

Allowing players to easily the game files to create new cases.
Tower Defense
Technical Designer

Tower Defense is a small project one month with the focus of improving my C++ programming skills in Unreal Engine 4.

Technical Designer Responsibilities

Working with C++ and Unreal Blueprinting in Unreal Engine 4.

Developing gameplay features including towers placement, enemy combat and wave spawners.

Designing and balancing towers and enemies for the core gameplay

Creating tower placements across the levels.

General QA to ensure gameplay stability and game flow.
